Innovation Hub Technologist

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following: Corporate IT Needs collection, analysis, conduct meetings with key stakeholders and rationalization of the submitted IT needs. Required Budgeting and prepare business case for budget approval. Responsible for conducting independent research and arranging meetings with the OEMs about latest product and technology offerings. Ensure availability of proposed products and services from OEM itself, or through its authorized local partner. Partner with Innovation Hub participants from onboarding through go-live, reviewing architectures, debugging integrations, running certification, and enabling launches. Own the technical health of the Innovation Hub platform: APIs, sandbox environments, developer portal, CI/CD pipelines, and supporting services. Build internal tooling, sample code, SDKs, and reference integrations that reduce time-to-first-API-call for new participants. Write and maintain the documentation, integration guides, and certification checklists which the participants will use and improve them based on the feedback received from innovation hub participants. Run technical evaluations for pilots, PoCs, and new use cases and recommend whether to scale, pivot, or stop. Partner with security, compliance, and risk teams to make sure new integrations clear governance criteria in a smooth and efficient manner and without becoming a bottleneck. Monitor platform performance and lead incident response when things break. Assist both the team as well as onboarded participants in troubleshooting the technical solutions

Education	Bachelors or Master’s Degree (16 years of education) preferably in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Systems Engineering or other related disciplines from reputable HEC recognized domestic or foreign university.
Age	Maximum 40 years, as on the date of advertisement.
Experience	Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application development or implementation. Following skills and experience will be given weightage during assessment: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (.NET, C/C++, Java, Node.js, Python) Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and ability to lead technical teams through deployments and deployments Experience of coordinating Continuous Integration activities, testing automation frameworks, and related processes will be preferred.
